Orders & payment

All prices on our website are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We do our best to show prices and product information as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that everything is error-free at all times. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order.

An order is final as soon as you have completed payment. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment & Sales page.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. At Nora Janne we make this extra easy: you have a 30-day right of return from receipt of your order. Send your item back in its original condition and packaging, and you’ll get your money back. User content & reviews

If you leave a review on our website, you give us permission to show it with the product concerned. We expect reviews and other contributions to be honest, respectful and your own. We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet these standards.
