Payment security
All our payments go through secure, recognised payment providers. Your details are sent encrypted and we do not store full card details ourselves.
Payment problems
Can’t complete your payment? First check that your details are filled in correctly and that you haven’t reached your limit. If the problem persists, feel free to contact us via our contact page — we’re happy to help.
Duplicate orders
See a duplicate order or charge by mistake? Let us know as soon as possible via our contact page and we’ll sort it out right away.
Currency
All prices on our website are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT. If you pay with a foreign payment method, your bank or payment provider may charge its own conversion fees.
Pricing errors
We do our very best to show all prices correctly. If we notice an error in the price of a product after you have placed an order, we will contact you to agree on a solution together before processing your order further.
Discounts & offers
Sign up for our newsletter and you’ll get 10% off your first order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other running offers, unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling an order
Want to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. If your order has already shipped, you can use our 30-day right of return, as described in our return conditions.
