What data we collect
When you place an order, create an account or sign up for our newsletter, we collect among other things your name, address, email address, phone number and payment details. We also automatically collect certain technical data, such as your IP address and browsing behaviour on our website, so that it works properly.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to remember your cart, to make the website work and to understand how visitors use our site. You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser settings, although this may affect how certain parts of the website work.
How we use your data
We use your data to process and follow up your order, to provide our customer service, to improve our website and — only with your consent — to keep you informed about new collections and offers by email.
Email marketing
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you updates, offers and your welcome discount code. You can unsubscribe free of charge at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Payments go through secure, recognised payment providers — we do not store full card details ourselves.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example for our accounting obligations).
Third-party services
To run our webshop, we work with a number of reliable partners, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers to process payments, a parcel tracking service for your order, and a review platform for customer reviews. These parties only process the data needed to provide their service and are themselves bound by privacy law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted, to restrict its processing or to withdraw your consent. You can read how to exercise these rights on our GDPR/Privacy requests page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when we add new features or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
